Although each
project, like your business, is unique, here is an idea of what the
costs will be.
For example a
5-6 page informational web site is $800.00. This includes a unique
to you "Design Concept", which will be applied to navigation (
buttons), Site graphics, and logo
conversion. Then, once you ok the design we begin building the site.
Each page will
be designed with your visitors in mind. Ease of use and legible
readable text, with enough white space that keeps it from being
overwhelming.
ALL pages
will be optimized for search engines, to help your site archive
higher ranking.
Suggested pages for your site would be:
Home Page, About Us Page, Product or services page, Links page, Contact Page.
Simple form pages for contact or information are $125.00 per form.
The price includes scanning in materials such as photos or artwork. Is
included (Up to 30 pieces of artwork or photos). We will create a visually appealing, functional site that will download quickly and work properly in all web site browsers.
The Hourly
Rate for most work is $75 per hour, $50 per hour for Non-profit or
"Causes"
Search
Engine Optimization
Our price will include
submission to the top search
engines upon completion of the site.
You will need to provide words and phrases that people would use to find
your web site, and I will make sure that this information is added to
the meta tags and content of the web pages.
After the initial
submission it takes 1 to 6 weeks for your site to show up.
Monthly re-submission and
updates to the site are recommended to rank your site higher.
This can be arranged as part of a Monthly Maintenance package tailored
to your needs.
The above pricing does not include Hosting or the
Domain name purchase.
Rush Charges:
Plexus Design's normal turn-around rates for most work:
New Web Site -: Estimate for average informational
site, 4-6 weeks after deposit and am in possession of all materials
needed to create the site. Including all copy and photos.
Ecommerce Site Time Estimate depends on the project, it
will be stated at the start of the work.
Web Page Maintenance ( web site updates or additions) -
72 hours for normal changes. Major graphic changes or building from PDF
files 5 business days.
Graphic Design: Deadline of two (2) weeks.
All of these estimates
are for average jobs. Many will take less time. Some will take more.
Every website is unique.
Anything requiring a quicker turn-around than the above
time estimates will be charged a rush charge based on the work and the
time in which it is needed. Any work that has to be done after 5 pm
during the week or over the weekend will also be charged a rush charge.

Domain Names
We use
Godaddy.com for the purchase of Domain names. They charge $8.95 per year
for .com domain names. If you would like Plexus Design to set this up
for you we will do so at no extra charge if your site is designed by us.
Hosting
The hosting
company I use is called below10host.com. I am a reseller for them and
instead of reselling the hosting to you, I let you pay them directly. I
really don't want to try to make money on hosting.

Our
rate for Flash animation depends on the project.
